To Remove:

  • Remove the Presser Foot Holder from the Machine.
  • Remove the Needle from the Machine.
  • In a downwards moment, pull the Needle Threader Unit off the Needle Threader Shaft. If this is the first time changing the needle threader on the machine, it may be slightly harder to remove.

To Attach:

  • Push the Needle Threader Unit up on the Needle Threader Shaft until it snaps into the Holding Pin (B)
  • Attach the Presser Foot Holder to the Machine
  • Insert the Sewing Needle into the Machine
  • Slowly draw the needle threader down to confirm the alignment and adjust as required (see below).

If the Needle Threader Hook thrusts up to or hits against either the left or right edge of the needle eye (instead of through the eye)

  • Loosen the threader alignment setscrew and lower the needle threader to its lowest position (without swinging the threader forward).
  • Using a fine screwdriver in the alignment setscrew, gently move the hook to the left/right (as required).
  • When moved, tighten the alignment screw and gently test. Repeat as necessary.
